BioMCP
BioMCP is a focused biomedical tool layer for language models. It exposes structured, well-described tools for clinical-trial search, biomedical-literature retrieval, and genomic-variant lookup, designed so a model can act effectively without overwhelming its context window.
Three ways to use it: as a Python library, as a command-line interface, and as an MCP server connected to a chat client or agent.
